  • I initially contacted The Estates in early 2011 to assist me with finding a home in Winter Park. Diana and her team were knowledgeable and professional, providing continuous advice on the process and ultimately closing the deal as efficiently as possible. Following my property acquisition Diana helped me get settled in the area, providing advice on repairmen, landscapers and other contractors to keep the home maintained. In 2013 I decided to build up a property portfolio and The Estates was instrumental in finding me attractive rental properties. Diana and her team canvased the market and quickly identified under-valued townhomes with 2 or 3 bedrooms that would provide significant rental returns. In less than 12 months I had a well-established portfolio that was entirely managed by The Estates. Diana has a talent for finding respectful tenants and, importantly, keeping them happy. More recently, in 2014 The Estates project managed a property development near downtown Orlando on my behalf. This work included finding the property, negotiating contractual terms with the developer, managing legal aspects, managing drawers in accordance with a schedule and ensuring a high quality final product. The development is now complete and The Estates is now managing them as part of my wider portfolio and quickly finding tenants. I highly recommend The Estates, and have seen my portfolio deliver good returns and significantly grow in value over the past few years, thanks to the great management and hard work of Diana and her team.
